Focus programs systematically and structurally develop new thematic areas of expertise and use them as a basis for innovative learning formats.

Each focus program is handled by an interdisciplinary and cross-status focus program team consisting of fellows, student changemakers, and team members. Members of the focus program team receive funding for the duration of the focus program.

Focus Program – Team

Fellows

Fellowships are aimed at faculty members who explore a new focus academically and translate it into innovative, research-based teaching and learning projects.

Student Changemaker

As part of a changemaker program, students can gain further qualifications, actively contribute their perspectives to a focus program, and work on their own projects.

Team member

Participation as a team member is a flexible way to acquire skills and contribute expertise to the focus programs.
